Strength: Find 3RM Weighted Strict Pull Up
Met-Con: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes: 1,3,5,7,9,11,... of: -Air Squats -Seated Turkish Get Ups (m:20kg f:16kg) -Knees To Elbows -Walking Lunges -Situps
**Turkish Getups** From standing position, down to ass to floor, and up again. Still use hips for leg movement but NO lie down position. Complete one side for your first '1 rep round', then complete with the other arm for all the next '3 reps'.. keep alternating round for round. **Walking Lunges** Each rep is the total reps; 3= 3 steps, not 3 each sides!
