Getting started
We will never push you to join. There are no sales tactics. When you make a decision to be here, it's because you're ready and you want it. We always have certified trainers on shift to assist with workouts and any questions related to your training with us.
Intro Session (mandatory) no cost
This is a session that enables you to:
- meet the coaches and get a feel for the workout environment
- learn how we can modify any workout to any fitness level
- try a workout firsthand (workout gear required)
- ask questions about the Foundation Program and Daily Workouts
There are 2 options from here:
6 week foundations program $325
- 3 fundamental sessions with a trainer (these are compulsory for anyone wanting to train with us. *See below for details)
- 6 weeks access to all classes and gym facilities
- Progression monitoring with a trainer to get you to a standard

Unlimited Training:
$25 Per Week
*The fundamentals involves 3 coaching sessions where you learn exercises, concepts, and techniques that you need for the daily workouts. We assess fitness levels, movement patterns, flexibility, and use this information to design and tailor your workout progressions. These sessions help us understand your fatigue limits in a closely monitored environment. This is important so that we know when to modify a workout, offer support, or give you a kick in the ass. :)
Each workout is balanced with warm up, strength, conditioning, and skill practise. You can expect a lot of variety, hard work, and you will see people of all shapes and sizes. Members train 3-5 times per week as a team, but at different individual levels.
Yes we are more expensive than traditional gyms
We aren't charging you to cover our payments on expensive, non-functional machines that look flashy and that provide you with a rack to rest your magazine that you read while talking on your phone and "working out". You pay us for focused, personalised training. You pay us to be responsible for and attentive to your progress. You pay us to program your workouts for you. You pay us to teach you to move correctly and safely. You pay us to support you in making optimal nutrition changes. You pay us to be your guides and support for increasing your health and fitness. Compared to the "take a number", "I've forgotten what you want from me, but all my clients are doing bicep curls today" personal training you pay for in many places-we are a phenomenal value.
