“Barraza” Awesome hero WOD that will bite quickly. This will require a lot of pacing strategy and trying to maintain intensity throughout. We advise if you’ve done a few workouts this week that this is all you do. We’ll have a little “finisher” on the day for people who may have not had the chance to train as much this week and are looking at getting a bit more in this session!
