CrossFit Classes

We believe CrossFit is for everyone! CrossFit combines constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. We scale the movements to your level of ability and fitness, so you’ll always feel welcome here in Geelong.

Legends

Legends is a fitness program that combines cardio, strength training, and conditioning exercises at a lower intensity. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a gentle entry into fitness, regardless of age or fitness level!

Weightlifting & Skills Classes

Focus on specific gymnastics and olympic weightlifting techniques in our dedicated skills classes. These sessions are designed to help you improve specific skills and enhance your overall performance outside of regular CrossFit classes.

Partner Workouts

Join forces with a fellow gym member and tackle a workout as a team. Our Saturday workouts are typically designed as partner WODs (Workout Of The Day), providing a great opportunity to kick off your weekend with a fun fitness challenge and great community vibes.

Personal Training

Choose one-on-one sessions to help you achieve your individual goals or learn specific skills! Personal training is perfect for CrossFitters who want to train at specific times with the dedicated attention of a CrossFit coach, or for those looking to work on a specific skill or goal. Are you hoping to achieve your first muscle up? Or perhaps you’d like to work one on one to improve your squat? Working with a personal trainer will accelerate your progress, helping you reach your goals faster!

Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals Program is designed to give new members the confidence and skills needed to succeed in CrossFit. Through one-on-one sessions with a certified coach, you’ll learn proper technique, build a strong foundation, and be ready to join our group classes safely and effectively. Set yourself up for success with our CrossFit Fundamentals Program!

Open Training

CrossFit Geelong offers extensive Open Gym hours, giving you the flexibility to train on your own schedule. With access to machine weights for isolated movements and rehabilitation, our Open Gym is ideal for anyone looking to complement their training or recover from injuries.

School Teams and Sports Groups

Our School Teams and Sports Groups sessions are perfect for clubs and school groups seeking challenging, cross-training workouts tailored to their needs. Led by our experienced coaches, these sessions combine strength, cardio, and team-building elements to enhance performance and fitness.

Free Trial Class

We invite you to join us for a session so you can experience our workouts, programs, and community. Be sure to arrive a few minutes early for your trial, where a member of the coaching team can show you the gym and answer any questions you might have. They’ll help set you up for success in your trial session!
