WE BEGIN THE WEEK OFF WITH THE SNATCH LADDER! IT WILL BE PRE-SET WITH VARYING LOADS THAT SUIT EVERYONE. THIS IS SCALABLE FOR EVERY PERSON. WE’LL ALLOW AROUND 20-25MINS TO GET THIS DONE. SO PLEASE COME EARLY AND WARM UP!

 

THIS IS AN OPEN STYLE WORKOUT, IT WILL BE ROUGH! FOCUS ON BREATHING AND MOVE WELL AT A CONSISTENT PACE.
