STARTING THE WEEK OFF WITH A CHIPPER. THE DEADLIFTS ARE GOING TO BE A PART OF YOUR STRENGTH PORTION THOUGH, SO TECHNIQUE IS PARAMOUNT.

YOUR AMRAP WILL BE DONE WITH A PARTNER, ALLOWING YOU TO GO AS HARD AS YOU CAN WHEN ITS TIME TO WORK.
