HEAVY BACK SQUATS TO START THE WEEK.  FOR THE COMPETITIVE CATEGORY WE ARE CHALLENGING YOU TO FIND A HEAVY SINGLE. COME PREPARED, AND HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT WEIGHTS YOU WANT TO HIT.

 

IT WILL BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FINISH THE REQUIRED REPS IN THESE 8MIN AMRAPS. THE DESIGN IS TO GET AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE.
