AGAIN WITH HIGH VOLUME BACK SQUATS. YOUR AIM IS TO MOVE WELL AND DO THE SET AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE, WITH CONTROLLED TEMPO. THE ‘BURN’ IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. THIS SHOULD BE TOUGH.

 

“MACHO MAN” ORIGINALLY ONE OF THE HARDEST WORKOUTS TO COMPLETE. THIS WILL BE DONE WITH A BUDDY- ROUND FOR ROUND. SO FIND SOMEONE OF SIMILAR ABILITY. ALSO ABLE TO BE DONE WITH DUMBELLS.
