**NOTES SIMILAR TO LAST WEEKS STRENGTH AMRAP. WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY MOVEMENTS, SQUATS IN PARTICULAR BEING AT A HIGH PERCENTAGE. A GOOD CHANCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT YET COMFORTABLE WITH HSPU AND ROPE CLIMBS TO SPEND A LITTLE BIT MORE TIME WORKING ON THESE SKILLS.
