– TESTING OUR NUMBERS ON 3 STRENGTH MOVEMENTS, YOU WILL GET 15 MINS, 10MINS AND 5 MIN RESPECTIVELY ON EACH MOVEMENT TO FIND YOUR “1RM”.

 

– IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO TEST YOUR 1RM OR DON’T FEEL YOU’RE READY, WE’LL HAVE AN OPTION FOR LIGHTER, HIGHER REP STRENGTH WORK.
