OBJECTIVE FOR OUR CLEANS. YOU WILL BE PULLING FROM 2 DIFFERENT POSITIONS SO ENSURE YOU HAVE A CLEAR GOAL IN PLACE AND A SIMPLE CUE WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO EXECUTE THE TWO CLEANS.

IF THE BAR PATH IS CLOSE AND THE LIFT FEELS GOOD, INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT.

 

AEROBIC POWER INTERVALS AFTER, YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HOLD A STRONG (NOT MAXIMAL) PACE ACROSS ALL INTERVALS. AS ALWAYS, FOCUS ON BREATHING.
