– SOME HIP MOBILITY TO BEGIN TODAY’S SESSION AS WE WANT YOUR SQUAT POSITIONS TO BE BETTER AND THIS WILL PREVENT INURY AND BACK PAIN!

– CARRYING ON FROM LAST WEEK YOUR SQUATS ARE ON THE SAME TIMER OF 3 OR 4 MINS. THE REPS ARE DROPPING BUT THE INTENSITY IS UP, SO ENSURE YOU ARE HITTING THE RIGHT ‘RPE’ OF THESE SQUATS. EACH SET SHOULD BE A 8-9/10 MEANING THEY’RE BLOODY HARD!!! J EARN YOUR REST!
