Olympic Weightlifting
Choose our dedicated Olympic Weightlifting sessions to learn and refine your Olympic lifts: the Clean & Jerk, and Snatch. Perfect for beginners and seasoned lifters alike, these slower-paced sessions give members the time and space needed to hone in on technique outside of the ‘workout’ environment of a CrossFit class.
