We offer 2 levels of Programming.
ACTIVE: For those new to exercise or for those those who just want general Fitness, We have taken out all the complex movements and just concentrate on you moving well and getting a great workout.
ATHLETIC: A scaled up version of ACTIVE. We have added complex movements and you also have the option of increasing weights depending on your ability. This is designed for those who really want push.
This is a softer approach to our version of our CrossFit programming. Combining a Warm up, Strength component and a workout it is all you need to stay strong, fit and get on your everyday life.
You know that saying ‘ If you don’t use it, you lose it’ We want all our members to still be able to have a full range of motion from getting off the floor with comfort to putting something on top of a shelf pain-free. All the while having a laugh and socialising.
Active Kids Classes
Active Kids Geelong
Active Kids Geelong is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life.
The workouts are constantly varied, functional movements scalable for any child at any level. No two workouts are the same so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited. These are functional movements that cover pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under our close supervision.
Workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
