We offer a variety of classes and have the perfect program for you regardless of your current experience or fitness goals. At CrossFit Geelong, we’ve raised the bar for functional training with unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout. CrossFit for Individuals

We offer 2 levels of Programming for our CrossFitters.

ACTIVE: For those new to CrossFit, or for those those interested in more general fitness, we have taken out all the complex movements. Coaches will concentrate on you moving well and getting a great workout!

COMPETITIVE (RX): A scaled up version of ACTIVE. For those who are more familiar with CrossFit, we have added complex movements and you also have the option of increasing weights depending on your ability. This is designed for those who really want to push!

Legends

If you’re seeking a low impact CrossFit program that includes a mix of cardio, strength training, and conditioning exercises, Legends is the perfect choice.

Our program is designed to incorporate general fitness routines and body weight exercises at a lower intensity. Classes consist of a warm up, strength training and a cardio workout it is all you need to stay strong, fit for your everyday life.

Legends is ideal for anyone looking for a gentle entry into fitness, regardless of age or fitness level.

Skills

Our skills sessions are small classes that focus on developing the foundation movements of gymnastics and weightlifting techniques. These classes provide an opportunity to improve your techniques through practice and experienced coaching which will enhance your overall performance in regular CrossFit classes.
