Our philosophy at CrossFit Geelong is that CrossFit is for everyone and should always be fun!

Step 1: Start with a Complimentary Class

We know that trying a new gym or workout routine can be a little intimidating, that’s why you can come on out and try one of our classes for free! Chat with the coaches, nutritionists, and other members to see if CrossFit Geelong is the right fit for you before making any decisions. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you have. Rest assured, there are never any contracts or joining fees that you’ll be asked to pay or sign.

Step 2: Learn the Fundamentals

Our optional fundamentals program is a great tool for all members who are new to CrossFit.

These sessions are centered around teaching you this history and structure of CrossFit, foundational movements, and how to excute lifts properly and safely. You will be active in these sessions, so please dress accordingly and bring a towel and water bottle.

Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you feel you need too.

These sessions are structured as 2 x 1 hour private sessions for $155.

Step 3: Get Moving!

CrossFit is, in a nutshell, is regularly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity.
In a combination of strength and conditioning training, we use compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, pulling, and pushing. We also combine a mix of cardio, kettlebells, dumbells, and gymnastics to challenge your body in new ways.
CrossFit is truly for anyone, and our coaches will always focus on technique first before increasing intensity with either load or speed. We have an abundance of scaling and modifications for beginners, or those with previous injuries, for all movements.
