I started training at crossfit about a year and a half ago, after I found myself losing motivation and energy to keep training by myself. As a recently retired footballer who was used to training in a group environment I thought that I’d give crossfit a shot which has given me a renewed focus and drive to train hard and better my health and fitness level. I love training with the other great members and friends here at CFG, and with the guidance of the great coaches we have achieved some great results and have fun doing it!!
My favourite Wods are most EMOMS along with anything that includes a barbell movement of some sort. However the feeling of completing “murph” is pretty amazing!!
