800m run

20 front squats 70/45kg

20 burpee over bar

600m run

10 front squats 80/50kg

10 burpee over bar

400m run

5 front squats 90/55kg

5 burpee over bar

 

NOTE: scale weight as needed.

The idea is as the reps decrease is to increase the amount of weight you use per round!
