SECOND WEEK OF OUT GYMNASTICS. AFTER LAST WEEK, YOU MAY HAVE HAD SOME “WEAKINESSES” HIGHLIGHTED OR SOMETHING YOU NOTICED NEEDS A BIT MORE ATTENTION. PLEASE USE YOUR TIME AFFECTIVELY. WE WANT YOU ALL TO HAVE A SOUND BASE OF ALL THESE MOVEMENTS.

 

KB COMPLEX – HARD AND FAST. WE WANT YOU TO REALLY HAVE A CRACK TODAY. SHOULD BE AIMING TO GO UNBROKEN ON EACH EXERCISE.
